Need to breath
When we make plans, God laughs. Well I try to explain that to Emerson’s oncologist, Dr. V. Every time that he happens to be on service and creates a plan it doesn’t quite fall to plan.
Today was going to be busy:
✅Switching from morphine to methadone (starting at noon)
*soon after Emerson was fussy and irritable. An additional medication that was supposed to relieve him, increased his respiration’s and heart rate.
*put on high flow oxygen (after they suctioned him with a long skinny tube)
✅Going to continue with fluids right now and replacing the electrolytes, but overnight will stop fluids and restart the nutritional stuff just for 10 hours (will adjust the electrolytes there)
*fluids have been stopped
✅Giving GCSF
Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor; also known as colony-stimulating factor 3 (CSF 3), is a glycoprotein that stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells and release them into the bloodstream.
*thus should help with increasing the white blood cell count
✅Getting platelets today
*no signs of bleeding
✅getting an antibiotic called pentamadine(prophylactic for bacteria that can cause pneumonia in immune suppressed patients)
✅Asked about the g-tube: as he has been super sensitive in that area. Should be getting surgery to come and look.
*surgery passed, they will do nothing, as the g-tube functioning
The best part of the plan
😉talking about going hime at end of week...I’m like you know Dr. Vasquez Emerson doesn’t listen to you, he has his own plans.
Right now we are at a road block with the breathing issue. Currently awaiting an x-ray
😊 if normal: will give some medicine that may help with all that extra mucous he is getting stuck back in his throat
🤨 if not: well a plan will be created If need be
Father God release the strong hold upon Emerson’s breathing. Stabilize it and allow for healing to his body. In Jesus name, Amen

You will live, and you will know that I am Adonai.
Father thank you for the breath of life that only comes from you. Just like you breath life into dead bones and restore thank you for Emerson. The life that Emerson is living it's you causing everything too work according too your plan and purpose. All life comes from you. We worship and praise Your name.
